About this privacy notice
Smart Pixel Pty Ltd, ABN 61 696 264 365, is responsible for this website. This notice covers browsing smartpixel.com.au and contacting us by email. Our current market is Australia. It does not cover records inside MileageFile or Money & Receipts, App accounts, cloud backups or subscriptions. App-specific privacy information will be provided before public App release.
Information you choose to send
Our contact links open your chosen email application. You review and send the message yourself; clicking a link does not submit information to us or enrol you in a mailing list. If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments through Zoho Mail. Your own email provider also processes the message. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry, and leave out passwords, payment-card details and unnecessary financial or location records.
Browsing and hosting
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection and request information such as IP addresses and traffic-routing data to deliver and protect the site. This website has no account registration, payment checkout or message-submission endpoint. Website browsing does not give us access to records held in your Apps.
How information is used and shared
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, provide support, follow up the matter you raised and handle privacy concerns. Cloudflare and Zoho process information needed to deliver their respective hosting and email services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry information for marketing, advertising, or third-party AI analysis or model training.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added analytics tools, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or third-party media embeds to this website. Hosting security features may use essential cookies or similar technology depending on the deployed configuration. This is not a promise that every service involved in visiting the site is cookie-free. We will update this notice if our use of tracking or embedded services changes.
Processing locations
Website and email services are separate from any App cloud service. Cloudflare and Zoho operate internationally. Their policies describe processing in the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where they operate. These are provider-level disclosures, not a confirmation of our mailbox storage region or every destination for a particular request. We do not promise that website traffic or emails are processed exclusively in Australia. The providers’ privacy notices are linked below.
Keeping and protecting enquiry records
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the matter, necessary follow-up and any applicable legal or dispute obligations. We review records and delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations and provider backup processes. There is no App subscription-based retention period for website enquiries. Access is limited to the company owner and other authorised personnel who need it to handle enquiries or operate the service. No internet or email system is completely secure; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive attachments.
Privacy contact and your requests
The company owner personally handles privacy enquiries at Support@smartpixel.com.au. You can ask about your information, request access or correction, request deletion, or make a privacy complaint. Tell us which enquiry your request concerns. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity without collecting unnecessary documents. We will review the request, explain the outcome and any reasons we cannot fully fulfil it. If you are not satisfied, you can seek information about your options from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
